2. Eligibility

Orders can be placed through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

3. Product Information & Disclaimers

We strive to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee colors or packaging shown on your device are precise. All products are for external use only unless otherwise specified. Please read ingredients carefully before use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Consult a General Practitioner (GP) before using any product if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. If you experience a serious undesirable effect, please discontinue use and contact us immediately. We may report this to the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) as required by law.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euro and are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Republic of Ireland. Estimated delivery times are [5-6 working days]. Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by external factors.

Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

6.Returns & Refunds

 Due to the nature of the cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.  If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at elementalaurum@gmail.com with a photo and order number. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

6.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This right does not apply to:

• Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used
• Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

6.2 Refunds

If eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects unless caused by negligence or non-compliance with applicable law.
